Kita kena sedar yang :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ada orang dia ada kerja hakiki.<br>Ada yang student\/pelajar.<br>Ada keluarga yang nak kena jaga.<br>Ada bisnes yang nak kena urus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kebanyakkan masa kita habis untuk urusan lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi, macam mana? Tak ada masa, macam mana nak praktis?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yang ini kita kena ubah. Cuba tukar dari :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u201cberapa lama nak kena praktis?\u201d<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepada :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9a762f38dbd98abda50e54a9eeecfa47\" style=\"color:#35a31f\"><strong><em>\u201cApa yang aku buat, perlu fokus masa aku praktis?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Realiti yang perlu kita tahu : 1-2 Jam sehari sebenarnya memadai.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya. 1-2 jam sahaja dah cukup untuk kita improve skill muzik kita. Tak kisah lah skill menyanyi, cipta lagu, main gitar, main piano, kompos lagu, buat susunan muzik (music arrangement).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-2 jam memadai kalau dibuat dengan cara yang betul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Betulkan dulu cara praktis. Praktis yang berkesan ada 3 elemen ini :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ada hala tuju.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fokus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Konsisten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ramai yang praktis lama, tapi tak tahu apa yang dia nak praktis, tak tahu apa yang perlu improve. Jadi tak fokus. Akhirnya? Burn out sebab tak nampak improve. Sama macam sebelum-sebelum ini. Bila dah tak berapa nak nampak hasilnya? Praktis jadi tak konsisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Praktis sampai 8 jam (<em>maksud disini adalah praktis yang makan masa lama berjam-jam. Bukanlah rigid 8 jam<\/em>) sehari tak bermaksud tak okay. Cuba kita semak balik. Kita praktis berjam-jam tu, berapa lama je kita boleh fokus? 1-2 jam pertama tu je. Selebihnya? Kepala dah melayang ke tempat lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Akhirnya? Yang dapat penat, letih.
